Mackey Advances To Wrestling State Championship
February 17, 2012 - Senior Josh Mackey will wrestle this evening for the TN state championship after pinning his challengers this past Thursday and Friday in his tournament matches. Mackey advanced to the state championship after defeating the first-ranked wrestler in his weight class and state during the regional finals last weekend.

Regan Robertson signs volleyball scholarship to Bryan College
December 2, 2011 - Regan Robertson, Class of 2012, has signed a volleyball scholarship with Bryan College and is our volleyball scholarship signee!

Katie Henderson signs softball scholarship to University of Kentucky
November 11, 2011 - Katie Henderson, Class of 2012, has signed a softball scholarship with the Unviersity of Kentucky Wildcats and is our first NCAA Div. I scholarship signee!

Abbie Bateman signs softball scholarship to Lee University
August 9, 2011 - Abbie Bateman, Class of 2011, has signed a softball scholarship with the Lee University Lady Flames.

Highlights from the 2010-2011 School Year:

• 9 Athletes in 7 sports signed college scholarships
• Elementary Coed soccer – undefeated ISC league champions and tournament champions
• Elementary Boys basketball – undefeated ISC league champions and tournament champions
• Elementary Girls basketball – ISC tournament champions
• Middle School Football – 2nd place in ISC league and 2nd place in ISC tournament (record 8-2)
• Middle School Girls basketball – ISC league champions and tournament champions (record 19-1)
• Middle School softball – undefeated ISC league champions and tournament champions (record 16-0)
• Middle School Baseball – ISC league champions and tournament champions (record 17-3)
• Middle School Cheerleading – 2 All–Stars: Katie Shadden and Caroline Clements
• High School Football – First player to make First Team “Best of Preps” - Brandon Henry
• High School Ladies Soccer – 2nd in District
• High School Ladies basketball team - co-district champs with a record of 18 – 6 in TSSAA 5-1A
