Scholastic Assessment Tests in selected subject areas (SAT II), scores on which selective colleges are relying more and more to help them make their decisions. A number of the most competitive colleges actually require three SAT II Tests, including Writing and Math, without which a student may not be considered for admission. Students should consult with their college guidance director about which ones to take. Remember that once test scores are released, they become part of the student’s cumulative record, so he or she should not take tests heor she is not prepared for. |
